I recently made a video on my YouTube channel entitled 'My Top Products for Beautiful Hair' (Click here to watch it if you haven't already!) Typically, a few days after filming this video I discovered a product that would most certainly have been included had I got round to trying it sooner... The Joico K Pak Deep Penetrating Reconstructor.
I was given this product at the National Beauty Blogging Event a few weeks back and it sat unloved in my bathroom for a few weeks. When I finally got around to giving it a whirl last week I was blown away!
This deep conditioning treatment left my hair feeling super soft, rejuvenated and much stronger. It's packed with Keratin (hence the 'K' pak I think!) so unsurprisingly, leaves your hair feeling strong and sleek. It smells divine too, so is a real treat to use and has definitely found a place in my weekly hair care routine! At £12.75 (from feelunique.com) it's also quite a bit cheaper than some of my other favourite treatments, so I'm a happy girl (with shiny hair!)
Have any of you tried this treatment, or anything else from Joico? This has certainly left me wanting to try more!
Joico is amazing all round, their colours dont damage your hair and they also have a straightening iron that reconstructs while you straighten! im OBSESSED. X
ReplyDeleteI've never really given Joico a try before. LOL I'll scout it out if it is available where I'm from :)
ReplyDeleteThis product smells like banana nut bread to me! it makes me so hungry when i use it! lol.
ReplyDeleteIt is an amazing product though, my cosmetology teacher raved about it in school. If we ever came in with dull or fried looking hair she would have us use it.
It's Amazing! I use it on my bleached hair.
ReplyDeleteMy mum loves Joico stuff, I'm pretty sure she has some of this lying around unopened somewhere so I'll let her know it's worth a try!

i am using their whole k-pak line for about half a year now and i am more than happy with it! like you said it leaves my hair shiny and soft und protects my highlights from fading. further on i could really feel how it improved the structer of my hair. before i started using joico i had dry and damaged hair and now it is soft and strong! i can't think that i will ever use another shampoo again! i use the deap treatment twice a week. i used to use it three times a week but i noticed that i overused this products that way and that it didn't work properly, so i cut it down on twice a week, which gives me the best results. i have tried a couple of other joico products and the only thing i didn't like so far is the moisture recovery leave in moisturizer. this was nothing else than water with a scent to it, which did not really moisturize my hair but only made it frizzy.
ReplyDeleteI have used Joico products in the passed and loved them. Thank you for your post, I will deffinatly be trying this out when my Morroccan Oil Mask is finished (which I would also recommend as a great product).

On my list..whenever someone claims a product gives shinier and stronger hair, I'm hooked!x
ReplyDeleteoooh i want to try this! its available in Aus, which is exciting but it is ridiculously expensive here. the price differences between Aus to UK and US is nuts, so i might have to get it online anyways

I use everything K-Pak! I'm a fake blond, and it's the only thing that gives my hair that natural gorgeous look. We have a store called Winner's here (sells high end stuff for cheap), so I pay about 1/4 of the salon price.
