Allow me to introduce you all to the latest addition to my perfume collection. The new Fragrance from Chloe: 'Love, Chloe'.
I have to admit, the classy packaging drew me in at first. Then I discovered that the bottle itself was even more lovely. When I smelt the fragrance, I knew I was in love.
Yep, that's right... In love with Love! Cheesy or what?!
The fragrance itself is something of a departure from my usual choice. It's a little more 'grown-up' with a clean and somewhat soapy scent. Slightly floral but not overpowering, it incorporates orange blossom and pink pepper with lilac, hyacinth and wisteria blossom. Chloe also stress the 'powdery' side of the scent (perhaps what I was calling soapy above!) created by talc and rice powder (whatever rice powder is, sounds more like something you'd use in the kitchen whilst making sushi!)
The resulting fragrance is light, natural and immensely feminine.
Love, Chloe is available now, exclusively from Harrods online and in store. It is available in 30ml, 50ml and 75ml Eau de Parfum bottles and priced at £38, £50 and £65 respectively. It will be available nationally on the 22nd September 2010.
