Looking to Perk up Your Complexion for Christmas?

I've tried many face masks over the years, but have yet to find one that is gentle enough for my skin (i.e. doesn't make it sting when applied, red when washed off or dried out after use) and effective. Until now! If you're looking for something to effectively perk up your dull winter complexion for the festive season, then look no further!

I have recently discovered Melvita's Purifying Mask. A twice a week treat for your skin that is more gentle than most and doesn't leave your skin feeling parched, but rather soft, smooth and plumped.

Containing 10% green clay to help minimise the appearance of pores, tea tree to help reduce blemishes and aloe vera and green tea to help revitalise and refresh the skin. It also contains lavender oil, which dominates the scent of the product, making it relaxing to use. Better yet, it's 99.22% natural and 16.20% organic so you don't have to worry too much about those nasty chemicals present in many face masks.

Melvita also recommend to apply it for 10-15 minutes whilst you're in the bath, as the steam will help the ingredients to really penetrate the skin. A perfect addition to your relaxing bathtime routine! Priced at £18 and available online and in store.

  7. Most facemasks really make my face flare up like a tomato, so this will definitely be worth looking for! Thanks :)

I've just started a blog about lots of different things, if anyone would like to have a look - http://gottaloveatrier.blogspot.com.

It would nice to get some followers, but if it's not your cup of tea then no harm done :)
