Quick Shop Stop...

I popped into Boots (and then Superdrug) yesterday to pick up a few essentials, and of course, I managed to get rather way-layed in the beauty section... more specifically, my eye caught on various sparkly nail polishes (such a magpie!)

The Essentials
  • Eucerin dry skin shampoo (the only thing I use on my sensitive scalp now - it's amazing!) 
  • Hawaiian Spa Foamburst shower gel (bit of a throwback to the early naughties!) 
  • Collection 2000 Lasting Finish concealer
  • Sally Hansen Insta-Dri top coat
The Polishes
  • Revlon 'Facets of Fuscia (Almost an exact dupe for Deborah Lippmann's Bad Romance)
  • Accessorize Molten Copper 
  • NYC Lights-Camera-Glitter
  • Miss Sporty Black
  • Barry M Tangerine (for Halloween of course!)

    I have the same problem with the beauty sections in Boots and superdrug, my boyfriend doesn't understand why I have to go into both! Silly boy! I have the NYC polish it is lovely over Barry M mint green :) xxx

    That Revlon polish looks amazing! Think I am going to keep an eye out for that.
    Argh Foamburst, watch your eyes with that thing, I was on a cruise once and was look which way it would squirt out, pushed the button and straight in my eye it went! Evil thing, haha x

    they used to have the NYC varnish in my local superdrug, but unluckily when i was going to buy it, it was gone. all of the nail varnishes in that packaging have gone which is a bummer.
    and i lovve the collection 2000 concealer it is amaziinggg.

    Omg the nyc one is one of my fave nail polishes ever, it looks stunning over a navy or a black varnish! I feel like its an undiscovered treasure amongst the beauty community! :) xx

    I love the polish however it is a nightmare to remove as with most glitter polishes and it does chip easily as you need quite a few coats to get an even spread of colour! It's great for a night out but besides that it doesn't really last.

    I loved the Sally Hansen Top Coat but next time you're in Boots,, if the Nails Inc Save the Nail 45sec Top Coat is still reduced (around £4) BUY IT!!! It is sooo much better!!

    Although the collection 2000 concealer is really good and gives fab coverage, I found the other day in Boots that the 17 concealer is cheaper and you get a bigger product (although the colour range is poor) so definatly check that out!!!

    I also love Facets of Fuchsia

    I think it's actually prettier than Deborah Lippmann's Bad Romance

    Revlon version has more fine glitter and more larger hexagonal glitter,so so pretty^_^
