If you were a fan of MUA's hugely popular Heaven & Earth Palette, then feat your eyes in this little beauty...
The 'Undressed' palette also sticks to the easy-to-wear neutrals, but it has a wider variety of colours ranging from pale pink to metallic navy to shimmering gold. If Heaven & Earth was MUA's answer to the Naked Palette, this is their take on the cooler-toned Naked 2.
The top row (l-r as they appear in the palette) |
There are 12 shades in total. The pigmentation of the shimmers is simply wonderful, and while the two matte shades in the palette are not quite as impressive, they are still lovely blending shades. All of the shadows are very soft, but the shimmers especially do tend to fall a little during application but it's nothing you can't avoid by applying them carefully. Wear time, as will most high street shadows, isn't as good as their expensive counterparts, but with a good primer they will certainly last you all day.
The bottom row (l-r as they appear in the palette) |
This is a palatte that I'm sure I will get a lot of use out of, and it's only £4! I predit this being one of those 'must have' UK products that everyone will hunt down when they visit!
The Undressed palette is available now at Superdrug.
lovely review fleur! It reminds me a lot of the original naked palette, don't you think? xxx
ReplyDelete:O LOVE!

i knew i wanted to get it before this review, but seeing all the pretty swatches, i want it more than ever!
ReplyDeleteIt's on my beauty want list, sadly we don't have MUA in Denmark. xx
ReplyDeletewww.picturenoergaard.blogspot.com
Men du kan købe det pĂ¥ muastore.co.uk med ret billig porto til Danmark. Jeg har faktisk denne palette pĂ¥ vej lige nu :)
DeleteTak for tippet :) Har selv været frustreret over ikke at kunne finde mærket nogen steder.. Og sĂ¥ kigger jeg ikke engang pĂ¥ hjemmesiden.. Dumme mig.. ;)
Deletelooks quite like the naked palette, really love neutral eyeshadows!

can't MUA (and superdrug, boots etc)come to Holland?? Love it!!
ReplyDeleteGreetings

I actually think this is more of a Naked dupe myself. I wrote a post about it last weejed called: Undressed ... The Naked Truth.

Those last 6 shades look so gorgeous! I wish we had MUA in Australia (and a multitude of other brands!) everyone blogs / vlogs about them and I want to try their products!

Omg! It looks exactly like the Naked Palette! :O
ReplyDeleteI love the colors!
http://thebeautyresidence.blogspot.com/
WOW! I absolutely love all those colours!xxx
ReplyDeleteIt's actually based exactly off the original naked pallette, shade for shade :)
ReplyDeleteI have this palette and I'm absolutely loving it, so versatile and easy to use! x
ReplyDeleteReally reminds me of the first Naked palette, but i find in that the colours look really muddy on me which is a shame as i love the shades before they go on my skin! Maybe i'd have more success with this one! x
ReplyDeletehttp://laurenjadem.blogspot.co.uk
Wow, that really is a bargain! x
ReplyDeletejanesjumbles.blogspot.co.uk
I spotted this is Superdrug a few weeks ago and, as a lover of the heaven and earth palette already, thought I'd give this a go. Sooo glad I did, I love it!! The colours are beautiful, they blend and wear well too. Everyone please 'like' them on facebook and they'll release a promo code when they hit 25K :) xxx
ReplyDeleteWow this looks amazing! I wish I could get it where I live! xx

Fleur if you swatch the original naked palette to each of the shades from this palette, they are almost identical!!
ReplyDeleteHaha, 'undressed', I would love to get a hold of this! x
ReplyDeleteThe January Girl
I have to agree with other comments - this is a dupe for the first Naked palette. I have both Naked palettes but I'd love MUA to dupe the Naked 2 palette. MUA make me wonder why I've spent so much on eyeshadow in the past when you can get such good quality for great prices.
ReplyDeletei cant wait to get my hands on this pallette!x
ReplyDeleteI love heaven and earth and i cant wait to get my hands on this! I love the shimmery metalic colours!
ReplyDeletehttp://thefashiondistrictnlc.blogspot.co.uk/
Am loving the top row of swatches. I have neglected my heaven and earth palette, soon to be re-discovered as my spending ban is now in full force!

that's so funny - my boyfriend was in London for a few days and I begged him to buy this palette to me and bring it back to Germany.. he had to try 4 different Superdrugs before he could get hold of it - bless him (: So excited to try the colours out myself (:
ReplyDeletenice post and blog ! I follow !

ReplyDeleteReally want to try this palette! Looks so pretty :) xx
ReplyDeletehttp://belle-amiebeauty.blogspot.co.uk/
Haha such an obvious dupe for Naked but it's cheap as chips so Ill have to give it a try for the sake of trying it! Won't mind the loose glitter a bit at 4P! xx
ReplyDeletecrepechiffon.blogspot.co.uk
Looks really nice I might try it out! Love MUA it's cheap but it's really good as well!

This palette looks lovely! The pigmentation seems great for a highstreet palette :)
ReplyDeleteWill definitely be looking for it in Superdrug xx
my all-time favourite palette, I haven't stopped using it:)
ReplyDeletethebeautymist.blogspot.com
That palette looks lovely but I bet it will be an absolute pain in the backside to track down!
ReplyDeletepinksparkle84.blogspot.co.uk
Wow that is so close to the Naked palette! I really want to try this one!
ReplyDeleteMind you, I don't have the Naked 2 palette, but I do have the original Naked and the swatches look like exact dupes from Virgin to Gunmetal... one thing that does look different is the pigmentation of the black. Looks like Creep is much better.
ReplyDeleteActually... it's missing Darkhorse.
ReplyDeleteThis reminds me so much of the original Naked Palette. However, I already have that and don't think I need any more eyeshadow just yet. But this sure is beautiful. I might stock up on it for Xmas presents!!

ReplyDeleteAmazing value for money.
Lovely review Fleur! But I can't help but notice that these shades look almost exaclty like the colours in the first Naked Palette, and in the same order, too. Oh well! Looking forward to future posts.
ReplyDeleteMUA professional products arent available in any superdrugs near me they just stock the basic range! :( xxx
