I've been searching for the perfect bright blue nail polish forever. For some reason, whenever I see colours like this, they are a crackle finish, or a crappy formula... but I finally got my mitts on Illamasqua's Cameo, and I'm totally in love with it.
It's such a gorgeous, creamy formula and the colour is, in my opinion, the perfect bright blue. I've been wearing it this week and have had so many compliments. No chips so far either (3 days in).
You can pick this up now for £14.50. Pricey, but in my opinion worth it. Keep an eye out on the blog over the next couple of weeks for more bits and pieces from Illamasqua.
such a gorgeous colour, i can see why you love it!
ReplyDeleteChloe Witty
I spotted this on your nails in a recent YT video/Instagram pic Fleur & it was love at first sight so super glad you've done a post. I find Illamasqua polishes great quality so I'm not immediately put off by the £14 price tag, I NEED this in my life!

Perfect colour! It reminds me of a MAC limited edition one. OPI's Do You Lilac it? is also very similar, just a tad more purply than this. It's really pretty too. Dior and Essie's nail collections are huge too. Rimmel's Ultraviolet shade is very similar too. :) Thank you for a lovely post.

You shoud also try Wet and Wild's "On a Trip"! It's a gorgeous blue/ever so slightly purple and it's your good friend Tati's favorite too! I got the recommendation from her! Their brushes are AMAZING! And the first time I ever used it I was chip free for almost a WEEK! I just used my regular OPI top coat! Highly recommended from myself and Tati!
