The One That Got Away!

I must admit, I'm rather fickle with my skincare products. I rarely completely finish a product before I buy or start using the next one. Which is why I knew I had to blog about this little exfoliating duo when I reached to use them in the shower this morning and realised they were totally empty, and as far as I can remember... I've never mentioned them on my blog or YouTube channel!

Nubo's Diamond Peel & Reveal exfoliating duo isn't like other exfoliators. It contains real diamond dust!

It sounds a little over the top but I absolutely love this product (as the empty bottles prove!) Step one is a super fine diamond-based paste which you massage into your skin (surprisingly, it doesn't feel harsh on the skin.) Followed by step two, the 'activator', which fizzes a tiny bit when you massage it into the first layer. Wash it all off the the end result is super smooth, plumped and fresh looking skin - lovely! This is definitely the best exfoliator I've ever used.

It doesn't come cheap at £65 for the set (2x 80ml) but it lasts an absolute age. I started using mine in February, so it's lasted me 6 months using it once or twice a week.

If you feel like treating yourself (and your skin!) Nubo is available online here (with free international delivery)

  2. They do sound really good, but I wish you'd review some cheaper products now and again, because I can't justify spending £65 on an exfoliator :( wish I could xxxx

  3. I havent tried any NuBo products but I love it when you used something up and haven't realised! £65 is quite a lot, but good products are an investment at any price. Hope you are feeling a bit better xx

  5. I agree with the girl above that if you want to it would be a good idea to review some cheaper products, even though they do not sound so bad I would splurge on an exfoliator <3 xx ;p

  7. £60 odd pounds for them is rather expensive. I've brought many products over the years, which rarely work my skin which is disappointing. I want to create a skin care routine which is perfect for me. its a shame if im gonna be honest.
Theses looks like great products but i couldnt see myself buying them without a sample. Companies should really hand out samples for more expensive products like theses.

Im having a blog sale, please check it out i would be ever so grateful

  9. sounds amazing, just not the price! I think I'll stick to my trustly LUSH skincare. Two years using it has to say something about it :)

  10. To be honest, I've never even heard of Nubo before. I do have a friend who has tried this scrub from La Mer and it also contains diamond dust I believe. It retails for around 50 pounds or so. It does seem amazing though!

    Check out my blog!

  11. I've been known to spend silly amounts on beauty products but I couldn't justify spending £65 on an exfoliator when there are so many fantastic exfoliators on the market containing natural ingredients.

Do the Diamonds have any particular benefit to the product?
