Fragrance Friday: Noir by The White Company

Dark Amber and Ginger Lily has long been my favourite scent from Jo Malone. The only problem is, for some reason unbeknown to me... Jo Malone decided that is wasn't quiiiite good enough to make a whole range of products with this beautiful scent. It only comes in the Cologne.

This is why I was utterly over the moon when The White Company decided to copy Jo Malone brought out an uncannily similar scent called Noir. It was the same intoxicating warmth of Amber, mixed with sweet mandarin to lighten it up, a hint of oriental charm with orchid, and a little muskiness added by sandalwood.

It's simply divine. What's more, you can get hand wash, hand cream, scented candles, room spray, fragrance diffusers, body cream and bath oil, along with the standard eau de toilette fragrance... So you and your whole house can smell this lovely! Perfect.

Top of my wish list this Christmas is the gorgeous three wick candle. It's ridiculously expensive at £70 but this is a wish list after all...

Has anyone else smelt this scent yet? What do you think?

The Noir collection is available now, priced from £18-£70

  1. I've never tried this but it seems to be amazing , but i really think that £70 is ridiculously expensive for a candle , i would never spend this on a candle to be honest

  4. I defientley think The white Company is under-rated! I love their candles as the normal size are only £20 and last a pretty long time! May have to investigate on this scent though.

  30. I love the White Company, their Pomegranate scent is identical to JM's Pomegranate Noir too - I just which the White Company would bring out a EDP and body cream to match the home scent!

  31. The scent description does sound amazing but I agree £70 on a candle is madness!
