NEW Ole Henriksen Wipes!

Exciting news for any Ole Henriksen fans out there (you can read about my addiction to his face wipes here) - The eccentric skin care specialist has introduced two new varieties of cleansing cloth to his product range AND they've dropped the price of the wipes from £15 to £12 for a pack of 30. Still expensive, but definitely good news!

I don't use wipes all the time, but when I'm travelling I take these as a little treat for my skin on flights or for late nights! They are the best face wipes I've ever tried, hands down...

My beloved 'Truth To Go' wipes have been repackaged as 'The Clean Truth'. These are identical to the originals, with vitamin C and Ole's delicious, signature orange-vanilla scent. They easily remove all of my makeup and leave my skin feeling soft and happy.

They've also introduced the 'Grease Relief' exfoliating cloths that contain AHA's, are oil free and feel deliciously cooling on the skin thanks to eucalyptus (though they are textured for exfoliating, so I would avoid these for your eye area) - a great alternative for those who suffer with oily skin or enlarged pores.

If you're looking for something to remove your stubborn (or waterproof) eye makeup, the third variety are 'Nurture Me'. A totally smooth cloth that is soap & alcohol free, they effectively remove all of your makeup while not stripping the skin or pulling on your delicate eye area.

The new cloths are available now from lookfantastic.com (Although they don't currently have the newly packaged originals in stock... they DO have the bumper 100 packs on half price sale for £25 here) They will also be available in John Lewis, Harvey Nichols and Selfridges later this month.

Have any of you tried the Ole Henriksen cleansing cloths?

  11. In Denmark Ole Henriksen is known as the most happy man in Denmark. Once he even had his own tvshow called "the cure to happiness" (lykkekur) where he helped depressed people and other, to be more happy. He is such a lovely man! Just a fun info for those who aren't danish. I have tried the normal wipes once and I liked them a lot, but I personally think it is to expensive.

  21. Hi Fleur, since you and Becky talked about this I took advantage of the 3 for 2 offer they had on Feelunique and I absolutely love them. I also keep them for travels OR ... when I am too lazy to properly take my makeup off (we are in the same boat being miserable at feeling asleep on the sofa) Xo.

  27. In the States the only place i know to get these is at Sephora, and currently they are still have the old Truth to Go wipes and all three of the new wipes. I am not sure if they are phasing out the old packaging or if at least here they are keeping them as two different wipes.

    1. Also I just looked but the formula for the The Clean Truth Wipes is slightly different from the old Truth to Go wipes. If you go on Sephora and look at the Ingredients list they have changed them.

  44. I like the sound of the Truth To Go wipes but as I have sensitive skin I tend to avoid using these now and stick to a cleansing balm which causes less irritation.

They sound lovely thought and I like that they contain Vitamin C too.. I'm not sure if I could ever bring myself to spend that much on wipes though..

    Thanks for sharing :)

Next time I'm on lookfantastic I'll definitely order them to give them a try. I don't even want to know how much these sell for in New Zealand, they're probably triple the price over here.
